I go to a coffee shop for a cappuccino and then go for a walk – in the woods, in the park
I practice yoga I take a bath with salts I turn on some upbeat music and dance (it saves me from a bad mood and apathy) I just lie down (in particularly difficult cases) I draw, of course

How often do you compare yourself to others?

By appearance, income level, or overall success. Scrolling through my Instagram feed, I sometimes catch myself thinking, "Wow, she draws so well, I wish I had that," "I wish I had a flat stomach like that," "She's so lucky, she's successful.

The trap of such thoughts is that we see the result, but we don't see the journey the "lucky one" took to achieve it. We don't see how an artist spends hundreds of hours drawing to master their craft, how the owner of a flat stomach trains several times a week, or how many challenges a businesswoman overcame before her business became successful. Therefore, never discount your efforts, your seemingly small steps along the way, because only the one who keeps going will master the road.
