I started my journey into the world of art back in 2016 when I decided to leave my tedious office job and embark on a spiritual journey to the Himalayas. There, in the mountains, during a consultation with a Brahmin astrologer, I received a hint on where to look for my true calling. First, the astrologer advised me to find my biological father, whom I had never known since birth, and then suggested that I establish my own art studio. But at that time, I had no professional drawing skills!
Upon returning to Russia, I began the search for my father and found his address in Amsterdam, where he had lived for many years. After traveling there and meeting him, I discovered that my father is an artist, just like my grandfather, Alexander Laktionov, a great Soviet painter and laureate of the Stalin Prize. His most famous painting, "Letter from the Front," hangs in the Tretyakov State Art Gallery in Moscow.
We at "Create" by Mukul's Art Space are amazed by Olga's honesty, talent, and openness. We couldn't pass by without writing about how we felt while conversing with her. Without hesitation, we decided to create Olga's page that very evening, and immediately knew that this painting by Olga, had to be alongside our text.
Why?
Because this painting embodies inspiration, strength, freedom, grace, and power. And its the personification of Olga– an example of how to move ahead, inspire oneself and everyone around you. She is woven from incredible strength and energy; how life's kaleidoscopic, regardless of time and place, because our life has no date or end.
This work of art reflects overcoming obstacles, pursuing dreams, and inner strength. A horse often symbolizes travel and discovering new horizons, making it an epitome for expression of ideas. Let's all become horses, gain strength and inspiration, and metamorphose into Olga, find our identity, and start living anew.
We'd also like to highlight Olga's wonderful and successful project in Moscow that brings people together every day creating magic with experienced artists. I was one of them eight years ago; thanks to the ARTSUNSET PARTY project, I picked up a brush, and now it's my oasis and my peace, guarding me from the outside world. We promise to write a blog on the ARTSUNSET PARTY soon. So come, let's create.

Having found my roots, I decided to graduate in the Surikov Art Academy in Moscow at the age of 32! And shortly after finishing my first year, I founded the ARTSUNSET PARTY project in 2017.
During this time, my team and I have taught over 10,000 guests how to paint in our masterclasses!
